Limit Study Registration to Certain Participants Only

Invitation-only enrollment gives researchers more control over the process of recruitment. You can limit study participation to only those whom you invite. All you need is their email address. Avicenna will send your selected participants a pre-written invitation email that contains the Registration URL and the Registration Code specific to your study. To make your study Invitation-based, you need to:

1. Go to the Researcher Dashboard -> Basics page.
2. From the first box, click on Edit.

3. Scroll down and find the Enrollment Type.
4. From the options available, choose Invitation-based and press Save.
